Injunction – A court order that states that someone or something must start or stop doing a specific act.
Jurisdiction – The actual authority a court has to make a ruling in a case.
Perjury – When someone makes false or incorrect statements while under oath.
Small Claims– A smaller court case where damages are below $5000.
