1LAW has expanded its reach and is now offering the same great customer service and exceptional legal representation to residents of Southern California. 1LAW has opened up its first California office in San Clemente with the office headed by attorney Scott McDonald.
Scott McDonald earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law while simultaneously studying at the nationally acclaimed Straus Institution for Dispute Resolution. His legal education coupled with his studies in dispute resolution have provided Scott with a unique outlook and approach to solving clients’ complex legal matters. Even though Scott has experience practicing in multiple areas of law, including bankruptcy and real estate, his main focus is currently personal injury law and workers compensation claims. Additionally, Scott is bilingual and comfortable communicating with any client in both English and Spanish. Scott brings a great work ethic, diversity and excellent reputation — which are all important pieces to the 1LAW brand and his ability to service our California clients with the same competence and respect as our other offices in Utah and Nevada is something that we are very excited about.
